Trouble shooting video interview
1. EY GigNow video interviewing functionality requires access to your camera and microphone. Users will be required to provide permission to access these resources when prompted. If permissions are declined once, users will need to follow the web browser’s process for allowing previously declined permissions.
If the camera or microphone are in use by another application, users will receive the error message shown below.
