• EY contractors are engaged for a defined time period to focus on specific tasks and deliverables. The average duration of an assignment ranges between 6 and 9 months. Assignment duration will vary based on business needs.
• Most contractors work under the direction of an EY manager.
• As a contractor, there are two ways in which you can be paid.  You may be paid through a third-party payroll vendor or paid as an independent contractor.  For independent contractors, you will need to submit an invoice from your business entity to EY to be paid by EY accounts payable.
• An EY recruiter will provide support through the contracting process and will help you identify contract opportunities based on your skills and EY business needs.
