What is important to know about being an EY GigNow contractor?
EY contractors typically focus on specific tasks and responsibilities, and work on assignments for a defined number of hours per week. The average duration of an assignment ranges between three and nine months. An assignment can be as short as a few weeks to much longer, based on business needs.
Most contractors work with direction from an EY manager.
As a contractor, you may be paid as a W-2 employee through a third-party payroll vendor, or as a 1099 independent contractor direct through EY.
