What is a contractor?
A contractor is a non-employee who is engaged with EY to fulfill a specific need for a defined duration. You may also see contractors referred to as contingent workers, freelancers or gig workers.
Where do contractors work?
Work locations for contractors may vary between EY office, client site or remote. The required work location for each contract opportunity is listed in the job posting. Please consult your recruiter for additional questions regarding work location requirements.
How do contractors receive compensation?
As a contractor, there are two ways in which you can be paid. You may be paid through a third-party payroll vendor or paid as an independent contractor. For independent contractors, you will need to submit an invoice from your business entity to EY to be paid by EY accounts payable.
